Foundationally, God established family as an image of who he is is… in the completeness of the Godhead. I believe most of us would agree with that… but what happens when family as it were breaks down? Does that mean that God has the ability to break down – to fall apart? To disagree in the unity of the Godhead? Not at all… so how is that we, in the unity of family cannot work in the alignment of the tri-une God? I would like to propose a thought… maybe, just maybe we fall out of fellowship with Him – yes, we disobey Him so losing the mind of Christ we walk in carnality and therefore lose our God nature… ouch! Yep – even us saved and sanctified folks have the capacity to step outside of our call and mandate for family. But yet, there is good news… God says…

I believe most of us would agree with that… but what happens when family as it were breaks down? Does that mean that God has the ability to break down – to fall apart? To disagree in the unity of the Godhead? Not at all… so how is that we, in the unity of family cannot work in the alignment of the tri-une God? I would like to propose a thought… maybe, just maybe we fall out of fellowship with Him – yes, we disobey Him so losing the mind of Christ we walk in carnality and therefore lose our God nature… ouch! Yep – even us saved and sanctified folks have the capacity to step outside of our call and mandate for family. But yet, there is good news… God says that He is married to the backslider. So we have fellowship with God, as (do I dare say it) as His bride!

So now… the question to you all…

Can we, absent from the Father, truly fulfill the mandate of the family? Can we really display “family” without God?
